How Politics Works

Politics can be confusing.

Senator Joe Biden voted in favor of the Secure Fence Act of 2006, which requires construction of a wall on our border with Mexico.  Upon taking office, President Biden signed an Executive Order terminating construction of the border wall that President Donald J. Trump began.  Confusing?

Presidential candidate Joe Biden preached that fossil fuel energy is an existential threat to mankind, and promised to terminate construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline.  President Biden facilitated Russia’s construction of its Nord Stream 2 fossil fuel pipeline to Germany.  Confusing?

Presidential candidate Joe Biden promised to eliminate unethical conduct in government.  President Biden gave top Administration jobs to two union officials (requiring waivers from his Executive Order for ethical behavior), and practiced nepotism as the norm.  Confusing?

Hunter Biden, the son of presidential candidate Joe Biden, provided a treasure trove of evidence that makes every unbiased person ask “Is America for sale?”.  Presidential candidate Joe Biden built an iron curtain around the evidence, and refused to ask or answer any questions about it.  Confusing?

Senator and presidential candidate Joe Biden spent fifty years in government proudly proclaiming himself to be blue collar and ordinary.  His vice presidency ended January 20, 2017.  For 2017, he reported taxable income exceeding $10 million.  Confusing?

On May 20, 2021, all confusion ended.  On that day, How Politics Works became the lesson of the day.

On May 20, 2021, the New York Post and The Daily Wire published emails exchanged between President Biden’s son Hunter and former FBI Director Louis Freeh.  5 emails were published: 2 dated July 8, 2016, 1 dated March 12, 2017, and 2 dated April 24, 2017.  The emails are set forth below.

In order to better understand the emails, please note that “Hallie’s children’s trust” a/k/a/ “Haley’s trust” refers to a trust for the benefit of President Biden’s grandchildren.

The emails end all confusion about politics.
